This coworking space boasts 42,000 square feet of equipped wet lab and office space. We love this space not only because it’s equipped with top-of-the-line research equipment, but also because they provide additional services to help resident companies reach their goals.

The NC Biotech Library is a great coworking space if you’re looking for somewhere to meet with your team, hold a meeting with clients, or just get some work done. If you’re okay with being around others and a little noise, their public spaces are free to use as you please. But if you’re looking for something more private where you can lock in and focus, you can rent private rooms for the day starting at $50 per day. One plus to working here is you’re given access to their market research and daily papers.

For starters, First Flight Venture Center is not entirely a coworking space, rather they’re an incubator for early-stage biotechnology startups. With that being said, we still recommend you check out their space, get involved, and apply to their coworking space.
