SciMed solutions wins a TBJ Life Sciences Award!

SciMed Solutions was proud to accept the Triangle Business Journal’s Life Sciences Award for Best Consulting Company. The Triangle Business Journal reserves this award to recognize both individuals and organizations who are breaking ground in the life sciences field. The annual Life Sciences Awards are a great way to acknowledge those who are working everyday to realize valuable new vaccines, treatments, and technologies.

SciMed Solutions has offered software development services and consulting to life sciences researchers and organizations for the past 12 years. “It is an honor to be recognized for the team’s hard work,” said Adam Stasio, SciMed’s President. “Despite being a smaller company, our excellent customer service, expert software engineers, and experience in the life sciences field allow us to provide customized software tools to solve a common problem. We frequently have people come to us asking “How can I manage all of these people, track what is happening, and analyze the results.” We help solve that problem by building systems to track processes, integrate collaboration and data capture, and automatically analyze the results. We have developed a flexible experiment/protocol/assay workflow system for the Duke Human Vaccine Institute, enabling them to move quickly and accurately in their research into vaccines, virology, antibodies, and immunology.
